We collect any personally identifying information, such as your name, street address, email address, and phone number, and any other information you provide to us.

How We Use and Disclose Information
If you contact us to order services or accommodation/apartment rentals, we use the information you provide to fulfil your order or contact you about your order.
When you arrive at the apartment, you are checked in and we must by Thai law take a copy of your passport details and provide the times and dates of your stay with us to the local Thai Authorities. This information is collected by all natures of accommodation premises in Thailand and even applies to locals that are travelling in country.
In other circumstances, including requests from police, legal or government agencies, requests from private individuals or companies during litigation, we may be required or authorized by law to disclose the information you provide to the aforementioned, however this is not normally done without your knowledge.
